Momfilter.com is a great website for all things practical when it comes to raising a family. I really enjoyed this recent post because it was so simple and easy but I could also see how this one little step could stave off pre-dinner munchies that would spoil ones appetite!
Contributor Stephanie Nicks does this clever thing which we saw and had to copy immediately. Her son and husband both love to eat crudite as a pre-dinner snack, so they clean and cut up the vegetables, and put them in water, each in their own container, in the fridge. Everyone helps themselves, and her husband, who likes to put a little salt on his radishes, the little bit of water on them makes the salt stick perfectly.
